Sapp Coffee Shop in Thai Town,  we first saw it on  No Reservations (watch on youtube).  When Anthony Boudain came to LA last season, he had lunch with food blogger Noodle Whore.  I had Thai Boat Noodles with Beef (and other parts) and Azalea had a fish soup.
